Returns & Exchanges

Mobile Mall can ONLY provide returns and exchanges to products in faulty condition or wrongly supplied items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping cost will be covered by customer under above conditions via prior e-mail agreement. 

Products must be in original packaging. Return or exchange can be made within 90 days upon arrival from Mobile Mall.

Mobile Mall is happy to re-ship the items, provide an exchange for alternative products or make a refund via the original payment method (Please note it may need 2 to 5 business days to clear the funds).

NO returns or exchanges for change of mind will be permitted.

All returns & exchanges are subject to the Mobile Mall Returns & Exchanges Policy.
